My name is Andy Clements, and for the last 11 years I’ve made it my life’s work to not only help Doncaster women to get in the best shape of their lives, but to give them the tools to stay there for life.
At DC Personal Training, we specialise in helping women over 40 years of age lose that stubborn weight, fit into their old clothes again and feel fitter and healthier than they have in years.
In our ladies body transformation program, we have a community of wonderful ladies that all support each other towards reaching their goals. We run small group sessions, where every single woman that attends has their needs considered and receives a level of coaching not possible in a big, intimidating bootcamp environment.
All abilities are welcome.
Even if you think there’s no way you could keep up with us, I promise you, you’d be fine. We’ve had ladies of all shapes, sizes, abilities and ages (some well into their 70s!) come through our doors, and when you’re ready, we’d love to welcome you too.
A Word From Andy…
After over a decade in this industry, it’s been impossible not to notice the abundance of poor or distinctly average standard of personal training. Cookie cutter Personal Trainer Doncaster programs, no contact between sessions, blanket nutritional advice. It’s always seemed to me like a poor service the majority of times, and a service I wouldn’t be happy to pay for.
That’s why I structure my business at two things:
I consider it my duty to go above and beyond the norms of the basic fitness professional to make sure you achieve exactly what you’re aiming for – whether that’s adding muscle, losing fat, getting fitter, stronger or just generally looking and feeling better.
You don’t need to be an athlete or even have ever stepped in a gym before to work with me, in fact I often get the best results from absolute beginners – but my only requirement is this: You’re willing to put in the work to get the results.
